名鉄交通、ポイント還元するカードを発行
料金をポイント還元 名鉄交通が専用カード発行
名鉄交通（名古屋市）は一日から、利用料金に応じてポイントなどを還元する専用カード「メイタクラブ」を発行する。利用客の拡大や固定化が狙いで、タクシー会社自らが専用カードを発行するのは、珍しいという。
氏名などを記録した磁気読み取り式カードで、料金は後払い。法人、個人向けで繰り返し使えるゴールド、高齢者や身障者用のシルバーなど三種類あり、１％のポイント還元を実施。十万円分乗車すると、千円のプリぺイドカードを進呈する。
オンライン管理で紛失しても不正使用を防ぐこともでき、タクシーチケットを利用する法人らの乗り換えを促す。
５％のプレミア付きのプリぺイドカードを新たに発行。販売価格一万円のカードなら一万五百円分利用でき、タクシー車内で販売。名鉄グループのほか、提携先の鯱第一交通や名古屋近鉄タクシーなど計四十二社、約五千台で導入する。
入会金、年会費は無料。
家電量販店などでお馴染みのポイントカードのタクシー版ということでしょうか？スタンプカードを導入しているタクシーは聞きますが、オンライン管理するとなるとかなり本格的であり、相応の投資も必要に思えます。
ポイントカードと聞いて連想したのが、山梨県内に広く展開する「オギノ」というスーパーです。オギノではポイントカードを導入し（山梨県の全世帯に一枚はある計算とか）、顧客の購買傾向の綿密なリサーチを行い、購買額の高い顧客が買う商品は「死に筋」でも売り場に並べるなどの工夫をしているそうです。

タクシーの場合、売り上げは乗務員に左右される部分が大きいと言えます。ポイントカードで得たデータをどのように活用するかに注目したいです。
